I think there should be more levels. You could also make it so there are more obstacles and things that you may or may not have to avoid and such. Otherwise, you should make it so that there are more things that you can interact with to make the game more intriguing.
I think there should be more challenges in the game. New types of blocks for example: sticky blocks, breaking blocks, slippery blocks. Or new things that you can lose to such as moving enemies or projectiles.
Death as a whole should be improved (with both maybe a death screen /animation and some sort of punishment for that death). Level design could be improved but is not the frontmost issue. Futhermore the game is relatively simple so adding some sort of mechanic that sets it apart from other 2D platformers would be much appreciated.
Map tiles should be improved, Reset/Menu should be added, Slide can be a bit annoying, there is no risk in the game, I feel like the animations should last a bit longer so we can appreciate it.
